By downloading or using Arrow Due (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by Arrow Duel.
1. Accounts
The App creates a guest account tied to your device. If you delete the App or lose your device without linking your account, your progress may be lost. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Points and virtual items
Points are a virtual in-game currency. Points have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the App, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may adjust point values, prices and rewards. Point matches are played only with virtual points; nothing of real value can be won.
3. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law or the store's refund policy, purchases are final. Points bought are delivered to the account on the device where the purchase was made.
4. Advertising
The App contains ads provided by third parties. Rewarded ads give in-game rewards only when watched in full. A paid "remove ads" option removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads may remain available.
5. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, manipulate matches, tamper with the App or its network traffic, or harass other players. Display names must not be offensive, misleading or infringe others' rights. We may rename, reset balances, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability
We work to keep the App running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Features, modes and content may change or be discontinued.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, graphics and sounds belong to Arrow Duel or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for entertainment.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may terminate access if these terms are violated.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
